    The whole world is talking about the use of data analytics to drive decision-making. In this session, we will look at how the Human Resources function is using analytics to drive People Strategy. As we start 2024 planning, a world of work with continued turbulence, how are HR Leaders using data analytics to predict the future people needs of the businesses we belong to?  In this session, we will explore the following questions:

    • How can we ensure the right talent is in place when it is needed? Where will that talent come from (inside/outside, local/remote, outsourced, contingent, diverse)?
    • How might we use analytics to help measure productivity and the effectiveness of the productivity improvement efforts that so many of us are working on? 
    • In what ways can analytics help us understand our organization’s level of employee engagement, well-being, and belonging?
    • How might we move the HR function forward, starting from where we are with analytics, to increase the impact data can have in the development of our People Strategies and associated plans?
