In the post-pandemic landscape corporations continue to navigate a complex and dynamic environment. Trust remains the hub in the wheel that propels the company forward to meet business objectives.  Many corporations have embedded trust in their organization’s values. However, how are companies actually building trust through change and adversity? HR leaders are often asked to play an outsized role thinking about this task. Join us as we explore best practices and lessons learned to infuse trust in today’s workplace.

Dr. Yoram Solomon

Dr. Yoram Solomon is a trust researcher, the founder of the Innovation Culture Institute, the author of the most comprehensive trust book, The Book of Trust, the book series Can I Trust You?, and the host of The Trust Show podcast. He has published 19 books and more than 400 articles on Trust, Innovation Culture, and Entrepreneurship. He holds a Ph.D. in organization and management, an MBA, a law degree, and an engineering degree. A 3-time TEDx Speaker, adjunct professor of entrepreneurship at SMU, former executive, elected official, pilot, and member of the Israeli 35th airborne brigade. He has spoken to companies such as: AT&T, Northrop Grumman, Dannon, Amway, VCE, DRS Technologies, Medical City, HCA, and Qorvo.



Shelly Setzer

Shelly is a co-founder of the consulting firm Realize. She is a trusted advisor to leaders and teams. For the past 12 years she has consulted and coached leaders to help them build high-performing teams and fine-tune their leadership skills. She brings a nurturing but direct style and strives for practical, tangible progress. Shelly is especially passionate about working with leaders who are as open-minded and growth-oriented as she is. Prior to launching Realize in 2022, she spent 10 years as a principal consultant with The Table Group. She also draws from her experience leading teams in her high tech marketing background. Shelly has a BS in Business from Trinity University and a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University. She, her husband and their 4 almost-grown kids live in Denver and Northern California, and try to travel the world as much as possible.
