Welcome HR Strategy Forum Community!

We have left a challenging 2021 year behind us and are beginning another year filled with more challenges, opportunities, and possibilities for things that have never been. 

Come join us in this Brave New World of content, conversation, and community as the courageous Chief People Officers, HR Executives and Leaders you are.  As have all of you, we’ve adapted, innovated, and expanded over the last two years as an organization, a community, and as leaders.   As a result, I believe we have even more to offer and share and we welcome you to join our community.

We have a very exciting year of offerings from amazing experiential programming to new networking options to intimate and exclusive peer-l led pods.  

Our Experiential Programming in 2022 includes: 

  • Speaking out on Social/Political issues: CHRO’s role in working with CEO - January 19 (virtual). Hear from a panel of experts who will discuss today’s most pressing concerns and guide us through an effective decision-making process for dealing with social Issues effectively and with impact.
  • New Leadership Skills – March 23.  Leadership in a remote/hybrid environment. We’ll examine the new skills required to lead in the rapidly changing work world and how we can best prepare our leader
  • The New Value Proposition - Employees as Humans with a Life  – June 1.  In this session we will review the “People Success” research findings based on 175 million employee responses spanning the globe, captured in the “Elements of People Success”, a six box model that defines what is most important to the humans in your organization today.
  • Magnitude Shift in the Role of HR Given the Brave New World - September 21.  More details coming soon.
  • HRSF Annual Conference: Brave New World - November 2. Wrap up the year’s theme in person (location TBD).

New Membership Option in 2022:

We are offering a new opportunity for select HR leaders in small (up to 12) peer group “pods” to meet quarterly (virtual and/or in person) to network, share tools and resources, and contribute to each other’s personal and professional success.  Let us know if you are interested in learning more about this.  

What makes HR Strategy Forum different is not only that we enjoy engaging in strategic and timely topics with peers, but you will also find us to be intellectually curious, inclusive, generous, fun, and down to earth representing a broad cross-section of industries across California and especially the Bay Area.
