Organizations that successfully augment human performance with new cognitive technologies (AI and robotics) will gain a competitive advantage. This session introduces new solutions that can transform the digitally-enabled workplace. Learn how to design and adopt flexible management and talent practices that enable the new network-based organization.
We are pleased to have three thought leaders whose organizations are actively developing digital solutions for the workplace.  They will each address what it takes to transform workplaces with new technologies.  Each speaker will present a set of guiding principles to determine “when to digitize” and showcase examples of successful digitization efforts. As always, we’ll have ample time for robust discussion and table work as well.

Shreya Sarkar-Barney, HRSF Programs Committee member, will moderate a panel discussion with our thought leaders. The panel will enumerate the impact of digitization on work as we know it today and explore implications on talent management practices.  They will present guidelines for managing risks and successfully transitioning to the digital age.

Finally, participants will work through a series of thought-provoking questions to accelerate their own digitization efforts.
