Generative AI is changing the world and will have a major impact on both the future of work and the future of HR. At this all day gathering, the HRSF community will explore how to prepare HR Leaders to lead their companies through this revolution and also their own functions successfully.
This year’s HRSF Summit will be structured to progressively explore themes such as:
-
Workplace and workforce implications of AI that HR leaders can anticipate and prepare for;
-
How HR can partner with business leaders to implement AI tools in a way that leads to innovation and efficiency;
-
Leveraging AI tools as an HR function to enhance employee, manager and customer experience;
-
Risks and ethical issues related to AI in companies; and
-
How HR leaders can stay in front of the AI wave with confidence and calm.
Our Summit will bring together a mix of experts, business leaders and HR leaders who have implemented AI tools and/or thought deeply about the implications of AI implementation. Through keynotes, panel discussions, and audience participation we’ll take a closer look at the questions we as HR leaders should consider as AI continues to expand its reach.
We can’t promise you all the answers, but we do promise you’ll ask better questions as a result of the topics and insights we’ll share. Join us!
