This included 5 years leading HP’s Global Executive and Management Development function and 7 years as the VPHR for Quantum Corporation’s Disk Drive Business; both assignments resulting in driving large scale organization change initiatives. Barbara began her coaching career in 2002, dedicated to helping leaders increase their leadership impact and find more personal satisfaction in both their business roles and personal lives.

Shirley hasover 25 years of experience working across diverse industries (High Tech, Pharma and Retail) and in growth and Fortune 500 companies as an HR executive and organizational development consultant.
Shirley is recognized as a Change Agent, Strategic HR Business Partner, Executive Advisor and People Champion – proactive in creating the DNA required to drive cultural transformation, institute best practices, execute C-suite agendas and support rapid corporate growth. Prior to joining Callisto, Shirley served as an HR and OD Executive and Consultant at companies such as: Adverum Biotech, Sony Network Entertainment, Magma DA, Lam Research, Microsoft and Ikea.
Shirley received her Ph.D. in organizational psychology from CSPP and her M.A in Organizational Psychology and B.A. in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University.

John is deeply involved with helping the company transform its business to the digital age.
Prior to joining ARC, John gained extensive experience as a Senior Human Resources leader at Global CHRO at Menlo Worldwide Logistics, Cerberus Capital Management, Kaiser Permanente and Frito-Lay.
John is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). He has a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Michigan, and undergraduate degree from SUNY College in Buffalo, NY.

Michael Jones is the Chief Human Resources Officer at American AgCredit and is responsible for leading the end-to-end HR function, dedicated to building a world class employee experience.
Prior to joining American AgCredit in 2019, Michael spent over 18 years as a global executive driving strategic transformation. He has held HR leadership roles in the USA & UK at Medtronic, Oakley and Gap Inc. where he fostered significant gains in organizational productivity through linking people, process and systems to the business strategy in order to drive organization effectiveness.
A certified Change leader, Michael was a founding member of the Association of Change Management Professionals and previous Board member of the Northern California Regional Chapter. He is an ICF certified Executive Coach, has a MBA from the University of Liverpool and a BA(Hons) in Creative Arts from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Shana Sweeney, CHRO of SugarCRM, leads the long term strategy for this organization, focusing on attracting and retention of high-quality talent; developing HR strategy, defining efficient and scalable operations; as well as driving a culture of employee engagement. Prior to SugarCRM, Shana was Sr HRBP at Xactly, and overseeing Benefits at Google, with prior roles at Aetna and BMC Software.
In parallel with her HR career, Shana was a Co-founder of Nuna, a venture-backed company building data analytics solutions that will serve 75+ million of the most vulnerable Americans to improve how people use healthcare through data.
Shana has a M.S. in Human Resource Management from Fox School of Business at Temple University, and a B.S. in Politics from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
