He is an ICF certified Executive Coach, has a MBA from the University of Liverpool and a BA(Hons) in Creative Arts from Manchester Metropolitan University.

In parallel with her HR career, Shana was a Co-founder of Nuna, a venture-backed company building data analytics solutions that will serve 75+ million of the most vulnerable Americans to improve how people use healthcare through data.
Shana has a M.S. in Human Resource Management from Fox School of Business at Temple University, and a B.S. in Politics from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
