In today’s fast-changing environment—where economic uncertainty, AI, and constant adaptation to change redefine what’s possible—organizations are expected to do more with less. Yet pushing harder often drains the very resource that drives performance: human energy.
Join Tony Schwartz, founder of The Energy Project and author of The Way We’re Working Isn’t Working, and Eric Severson, former Chief People Officer at Gap Inc. and Neiman Marcus, whose groundbreaking work helped scale wellbeing and belonging as strategic advantages. Moderated by Stacey Levy, Executive Leadership Coach and former Google leader in organizational health and people leader development, this session will explore how leaders can become “Chief Energy Officers” — fueling sustainable performance, resilience, and trust even in times of disruption.
You’ll walk away with:
- A framework for managing energy across physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions.
- Practical approaches to help yourself and your teams move from survival to sustainable performance.
- Proven examples of how leading organizations have embedded energy management into their culture, leadership, and operations.
- Inspiration to model renewal and resilience—so your people can thrive while meeting the demands of change.
We’ll explore what it looks like to lead with energy—and how investing in it can transform both human and business performance —even as technology reshapes roles and expectations.
