Director of Analytics Business Partnering at Adobe


At Adobe, Sasha oversees Global HR Reporting and Analytics for HR Centers of Excellence. Sasha leads a team of analysts who perform complex analyses that shape HR policies and programs. Sasha and her team create meaningful metrics to measure impact of the work of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, DE&I, Onboarding, Employee Support and other HR teams. Sasha also leads a team of data engineers who transform messy HR data into actionable dashboards.

Sasha is most energized about driving positive change in the workplace. She uses a data driven approach to demonstrate how doing "good" for the employees benefits the bottom line.

Prior to Adobe, Sasha worked in healthcare and nonprofit sector in People Analytics, Talent Management, Learning & Development and consulting.

Sasha has a Ph.D. from the University of New Mexico and an M.A. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Sasha's doctorate research focused on understanding organizational culture and driving culture change and M.A. on the measurement of learning.

Dan Kasper

Dan is a growth architect and innovator with a passion for building high-performing teams and deriving long-term results by leveraging the power of technology and challenging the status-quo.

Dan served for six years in the United States Navy within Special Operations with deployments to the Middle East as an explosive specialist with SEAL Team Five.

After leaving Active Duty, Dan began working for Airbnb where he initiated and executed global expansion for the Trust and Safety teams in the Americas and Asia Pacific.

He was then the CEO of Wishlist, an HR technology organization which helps build cohesive cultures and engagement within workforces.  He led through 10x revenue growth and achieved 3x Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies and 2x Inc Veteran 100 list.  

He joined the founding team of Instill in 2022 and now runs the company, where they’re building human-centered AI to unlock collective superintelligence, so teams can truly understand themselves, make better decisions together, and build cultures where people and performance thrive.

Outside of work, Dan chases any and all adventures that give him a chance to tell an unforgettable story.
