He has designed, launched, and delivered various global enterprise projects and organizational change initiatives. He has successfully led and partnered with teams in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Most recently, Wally led Dexcom’s global team of 50+ HR employees in seven countries (US, UK, DE, LT, CH, PH, MY). Additionally, Wally is a trusted advisor and a highly effective senior executive coach recognized for approaching engagements through a practical and actionable lens.

Wally has held human resources leadership positions at Dexcom, Cardinal Health/CareFusion/Becton Dickinson, Johnson & Johnson, ARAMARK, Edwards Lifesciences, and Rockwell Automation. He has a M.S., Organizational Development from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business, Pepperdine University and a B.S. Health Planning & Administration from Penn State University
