About the session

This year, practitioners from across our community came together through the HRSF AI Collaboratory and AI Summit to work on one of the most important questions in our field: what does it take for people and organizations to adopt AI well?

Together we gathered more than 220,000 words from 167 practitioners across 79 organizations. From that, a clear picture emerged of the human systems that speed up AI adoption, and of the ones that stall it.

Built Together is our way of giving that work back to the people who made it possible. It's a thank-you, a deep dive, and a hand-off.

You'll get a guided look at what came out of the work: the People Strategy for AI Adoption framework, white papers and practical tools you can use right away.

We'll talk about practical ways to put these tools and resources to work in your organization and share them across your network.
