BIO

Nathan (Nate) Grow is an Immigration Attorney at WR Immigration, where he helps companies secure U.S. visas and green cards for their global talent. He counsels employers—from large companies to startups in biotech, tech, finance, healthcare, and engineering—on immigration strategy, compliance, and policy development, enabling them to recruit the best talent while mitigating risk and managing costs. He also represents entrepreneurs and individuals pursuing U.S. immigration pathways independent of employers. 

Nate earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School in New York City and is fluent in Spanish.
