At Microsoft, Preeti leads platform strategy, value realization, and change management for the company’s internal talent marketplace, helping employees across 190 countries navigate an increasingly dynamic, AI-enabled workforce. Her work focuses on creating greater visibility into the skills, experiences, and opportunities that empower people to adapt, grow, and thrive as work continues to evolve.

Over the past decade, Preeti has built and scaled people analytics and workforce transformation capabilities across Fortune 10 companies and high-growth technology organizations. Her experience includes building Glassdoor’s first People Analytics function, leading People Analytics at Klaviyo during a period of rapid growth, and driving transformation initiatives at Microsoft, Bosch, and Ford.

Preeti founded the Detroit People Analytics Consortium in 2019 to connect practitioners through community, learning, and knowledge sharing. She holds an Executive MBA from The Wharton School, a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University, and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
