Kristin Speer leads the Advanced Technology retained search practice for Westwood & Wilshire, specializing in executive search for cloud-based SaaS and PaaS companies, with an especially strong focus on women and diversity career progression. In prior roles, Ms Speer distinguished herself in Korn/Ferry International’s Global Technology Practice, and went on to establish AccelSearch, completing numerous retained executive searches across a variety of C-level roles for both emerging technology startups and global technology companies. Kris earned a double major bachelor’s degree (B.A.S.) from Stanford University, and was elected to the Stanford Cap & Gown Honorary Society. She is a past board member Board Chair of Redwood Symphony, and a loves ballroom dancing.
