Jen Walsh, MBA, RD is a health strategy and workforce performance leader with over a decade of experience building evidence-based wellness programs at the enterprise level. At Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, she leads health and productivity programming for a 9,000+ employee workforce, partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to increase participation, improve health outcomes, and build healthier workplace environments. She creates institutional food and wellbeing programming that establishes evidence-based nutrition standards at scale, including WorkingWell Approved, a flagship program embedded across the organization. With dual expertise in clinical nutrition and business strategy, she bridges population health science and real-world program execution in ways that resonate with both employees and executives. She also maintains a private functional medicine practice focused on hormone health and performance nutrition, keeping her clinical skills sharp and her perspective grounded in the people wellness programs are designed to serve.
