Sherry Benjamins Sherry Benjamins is HRSF President and Roundtable Facilitator for the topic Human Resource Strategy. She has 20 years of experience in strategic human resources and consulting services in the area of Talent Management. Her expertise is in consulting with senior management on strategic workforce issues. The focus of her practice over the past six years is in helping companies find and keep great talent and in coaching line managers to be talent leaders. She has a corporate and division human resources background along with General Management within a global career services consulting firm. Sherry is founder and facilitator of a senior leadership group called HRoundtable, a regional learning forum. Her clients are medium and large companies in healthcare, financial services, medical instrumentation, and technology. Sherry has an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA from California State University Northridge.
