Helen Peters has
over 15 years of leadership development experience working within a Fortune
500 company and as an external consultant. Her work with clients is grounded
in her own successful corporate leadership experience in general management,
human resources, and information technology. Helen excels at preparing
leaders for expanded responsibilities, stretch assignments, and shifting
organizational demands. She is skilled at working with leadership teams to
align their leadership capabilities with evolving business strategies and
competitive global markets.
Prior to joining Torchiana
Mastrov & Sapiro as Senior Vice President – Leadership Development, Helen
had a successful consulting and management career in financial services,
pharmaceuticals, high-tech and human capital consulting firms.
Recent coaching engagements have included CEO’s, presidents, general
managers, and vice presidents at organizations ranging from start-ups to
Fortune 20 companies. Helen has done extension coaching in the high-tech,
bio-tech, health services, financial services, and manufacturing sectors.
Helen is certified in a number of self- and 360-assessments. She holds a
M.A. in counseling form Santa Clara University and a B.A. from Moorhead
State University. Helen has published research and speaks frequently on
topics such as leadership and gender, impact of country culture on
leadership style, success factors for global executives, and human resources
leadership. |
