June Delano is an innovator in the
field of leadership who focuses on executive capability-building as a
source of competitive advantage.
June joined Monitor in 2004 as a senior leader of the executive
development practice. She was
previously Director of Worldwide Learning & Development for Eastman
Kodak, and has worked on leadership and
organization development in other
private and public sector organizations.
Throughout her career, June has been known as a pioneer of
creative executive development solutions that drive business results.
June is Chair of the Board of the
OD Network. She is a Fellow of the World Academy of Art and Science, a
network focused on the social and policy implications of knowledge, and
a Director of Meridian International Institute, a policy think tank
working on issues of global governance.
June is a frequent speaker and writer on leadership and
organization development.
June holds an MS in Organization
Development from The American University and a BA in Journalism from
Michigan State University. She
has studied at The Fielding Institute, The Gestalt Institute and The NTL
Institute.
