Beth Lasich
Vice President of Human Resources
ARAMARK
Beth Lasich is the Senior Vice President of
Human Resources for ARAMARK Uniform & Career Apparel (AUCA), a leading provider
of uniforms and career apparel to more than two million wearers across the
United States and Canada.
Beth leads the human resource function and is responsible for driving the
development and implementation of AUCA’s people strategies supporting more than
15,000 employees across the three lines of business within the portfolio. She is
based in the corporate office located in Burbank, California.
Ms. Lasich has more than 20 years of Human Resources and Organization
Development experience. Prior to joining ARAMARK, she served as Vice President
Human Resources for ConAgra Foods Foodservice Channel where she led the channel
organization structure realignment that served to strengthen the connection
between structure and strategic direction. Additionally she led the HR efforts
behind the divestiture of two lines of business within the overall portfolio.
Beth also held a variety of field and headquarters based HR positions for both
Kraft Foods and Dean Foods.
Lasich is a graduate of Indiana University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts
in Psychology/Sociology, and University of Illinois where she earned a Masters
in Labor and Industrial Relations.
