The HR Strategy Forum
(HRSF) is the California Affiliate of The Human Resource Planning Society.
HRSF provides state of the art networking, collaboration and development
activities for senior HR leaders. HRSF focuses on broad people issues
– how organizations implement workforce strategies to achieve business
results.
HRSF conducts each of its programs in
Northern and Southern California
locations: This puts our meetings much closer to where
you live and work to minimize travel time and maximize program impact.
Meetings are held five to eight times per year on cutting edge topics
impacting our businesses. Membership
General
HRSF membership is open to HR Leaders, Senior HR Consultants and
Academics whose roles are primarily strategic or broad in nature.

We have
one part time employee and a mascot that make HRSF happen.

Profile of Members
HRSF members are from organizations of all sizes and types - growing
entrepreneurial businesses, mid cap firms, large multinationals, consulting
firms, universities and business schools. They hold key management and
policy-making positions. The vast majority has direct or indirect responsibility
for strategic HR management issues such as organizational effectiveness and
executive continuity and development.
Member Privacy
When you sign up as a member we require you to
provide some contact and demographic information. HRSF protects member
privacy by allowing you to choose what information you want to include in
the member directory as one of the last steps in the online enrollment process. In
addition, HRSF's policy is to not make any member list information available to
anyone except the Human Resource Planning Society.
No-Solicitation Policy
All members are strictly prohibited from soliciting
business or selling consulting services, programs or products during official
programs or meetings. The Board of Directors may approve an exception to this as
deemed necessary to fulfill the purposes of the HRSF. Members who feel the code
of conduct has been violated Should report the incident to the HRSF President
who will work with the parties involved as necessary to resolve the issue and
prevent further occurrences.

Mission
The HR Strategy Forum’s mission
is to improve organizational performance
by creating a network of professionals who work as business leaders in the
application of strategic human resource practices.
In
support of this mission, HRSF:

Serves as a place for
exchanging the latest thinking and information on the HR implications of key
business issues and strategic HR practices.

Offers programs for
senior HR leaders that feature distinguished human resource scholars,
practitioners, and business leaders.

Builds senior HR executive
networks to exchange leading-edge HR ideas, information, and experiences.
Our Formula for Success

and senior level professionals representing public and private corporations,
academia, government, and consultancies. Typically, our members drive the key
strategic and tactical aspects of their respective enterprises.
